They were able to help my son who was on our auto policy years ago who is no longer on our policy by reaching out to another State Farm Agent (no commission I might add, just genuine customer care)! "If I could give zero stars I would. I was involved in an incident that totaled my car, they waited a week to even try and file the claim. All though they knew what happened the day of said incident. They finally totaled out my car, then they charged me for insurance on the car a month after they totaled it. The agent has been rude on many occasions and sometimes just out right an ass. I wouldn't recommend anybody to get insurance through him."

I’ve never been treated so horrible to a place that gets paid my hard earned money faithfully each month!!!! I will never do business with him again. 1st and last time speaking with him in the 1&1/2 I’ve been with State Farm."
