"If I could give zero stars I would. I was involved in an incident that totaled my car, they waited a week to even try and file the claim. All though they knew what happened the day of said incident. They finally totaled out my car, then they charged me for insurance on the car a month after they totaled it. The agent has been rude on many occasions and sometimes just out right an ass. I wouldn't recommend anybody to get insurance through him."
